I didn’t see previous posting. I find it disturbing that law enforcement would go along with a plan to ignore crimes just to improve stats...plus get additional funds...
Ahh, but you aren't the agency being measured by the stats. You aren't supposed to be able to peek behind the "trusted government report."
FBI has been cooking the books for decades, too. All to support the various narratives.
