The feud between Jimmy Kimmel and Sean Hannity shows no signs of letting up, with both TV hosts launching attacks through their shows and Twitter on Thursday and Friday. In the latest installment, Hannity resurfaced a clip from over a decade ago of Kimmel donning blackface as part of a skit for The Man Show.

I listened to Hannity’s radio show yesterday and Sean played Kimmel’s clips to kick off each of his 3 hours. Enough was enough on radio, I can’t imagine what it was like on TV.
The shift is, and has been, happening at warp speed! I think thats why so many of us long for days of old.
I could give a man about black face in the right context like a parody or otherwise
But its delish to see the left choke on their own vomit
Were/Are you offended?
Never give a liberal an even break.
WC Fields would have said that.
The “Man Show” was great...
“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
Straight out of the Alinsky playbook, and it’s high time we start throwing Alinsky tactics right back at the Left.
exactly...
I don’t remember “black face” being acceptable as recently as 15 years ago. I thought it had been taboo for about 40 years.
The Clan MacGregor will shadow Sean Hannity every step of the way. He is one of ours. Just let them get stupid and we will clither their gob all over the street.
Not to depress you even more, Diana, but they now also own what used to be rock solid conservative bastions like the military, many religious institutions and sports.
Nearly 100 years ago an Italian Marxist named Antonio Gramsci went against Marx himself by theorizing that the best way for the left to take over a country was not to wait for the proletariats to rise up in rebellion but for their elite to slowly infiltrate and take over all the cultural institutions. What he called “the long march through the institutions”. Well, as far as I can tell, they’ve pretty much accomplished that.
Ironically, maybe it is “we the people” that must now rise up in rightful indignation and retake these institutions. But without forceful, committed articulate leaders to tap into and harness the anger of we the people, it’s not going to happen. There were hints of that happening with the tea party and Trump has set an example of what such leadership can do, but we’ll need a whole succession of Trumps. It took the left 100 years to conquer the institutions and win the culture war, we’re not going to take it back with a single presidency. The swamp is wide and deep. But there’s a sliver of hope. This upcoming election will tell us a lot.
I agree with you. My point is that history would show us incorrect. We have a comedian who did the Karl Malone "black face" skit about 15 years ago and apparently it helped his career to reach the top. Maybe some outrage is selective, or maybe some people are just born with liberal privilege or something.
Yes but if we lose the senate in 2018 I dont think trump could get even a centrist through confirmation.
However, it's best IMO for Sean to hammer home his "pervert" points with something more concrete than old comedy bits that he and his defenders can too easily pass off as "just Comedy Central humor."
I think it dilutes and diminishes Hannity's arguments.
Yup, thats because GOP stands for Gutless Old Party
