That I understand. My question revolves around how does the President
handle the Pacific problem. It isn’t a stand alone where troops can
be used. It is VISA overstays basically from the Far East, Asia. They
come in legally, overstay their visa time and don’t leave. The numbers
of these illegals are as large or larger than those crossing the Southern
border illegaly.

The physical presence of illegal aliens within the country is only part of the problem. In the last 48 hours of the California voter registration window in the 2016 election, there were approximately 500,000 on-line registrations. No doubt the California on-line registration process is easily hacked, and no doubt illegals had been registering for much longer than 48 hours. Mexico's success in hacking our election was demonstrated by Hillary winning the "popular vote" in California by about 5 million. Without the California vote, Hillary lost the "popular vote" for the country as a whole.

One of Obana's (PBUH) minions floated a trial balloon of having the Feds take control of the electoral infrastructure in the "border zone". The "border zone" is a 100 mile wide corridor from the border inward. The Feds have extraordinary powers in the "border zone", so securing the zone with troops is entirely reasonable. As is purging the "border zone" voter registration database and starting over with in-person, proof of citizenship registration.

I lived for about a year in California. It is the only state I’ve been to where they have checkpoints at the state line. I vaguely recall being asked by California officers about whether I had any fruits in my possession.
