Elon is different from most people, not perfect, but I think you’re the idiot, not him.
Agreed. He’s driving major legitimate advancements in multiple massive stagnant industries. Charlatans (a la Solyndra) don’t. Perfect? of course not. But he’s doing very well, on the scale of Edison/Tesla/etc (all who also were fiercely criticized), having a deep understanding of technologies he’s re/inventing and organizing teams capable of making those goals happen.
I didn’t say he was an ‘idiot’... I said he was a ‘lunatic’ and by all accounts (and even his own admission that he’s bipolar) then I think I’m on pretty good ground (if not politically correct ground) when I refer to him as being a ‘lunatic’.
Elon will eventually crash and burn, but until then, feel free to invest and believe in him and his companies if you like.
