“What is “debar?” Is that like “disbar?”

Generally, these people were caught transferring/selling/leaking defense information/Tech without proper authorization either intentional or accidentally. ITAR is not very forgiving. Their privileges have been revoked.

Okay. One more question from my ignant ass.

What is ITAR and why does the State Department have jurisdiction over it?

Also, I will ask for your analysis because you seem to know about it. Is this swamp cleaning of deep state/Clinton/Obama cronies ya think? I know that's probably a duh, but I'll ask anyway.
