20 shows were cancelled today. It was the TV equivalent of Black Friday.

How a show glorifying Satan ever got the green light in the first place is a mystery.

After this week’s episode of “Timeless” I hope it got the axe.

My favorite show. Loved the humor. It is disappointing...I found the show quite entertaining.

Leave it to Beaver isn’t coming back, OK.

I agree. Was never a fan of the show, and honestly, just goes to show the depths of how low a network will go to get ratings.

I dont take it at all as a show glorifying Satan.
Its a very interesting take on the denizens of Biblical lore and to me explores the possibility of free will vs Gods design.
The overlying theme is Lucifers role was to rebel against God from his creation the way Jesus role was to be the Messiah. In many aspects Lucifer is severely bound by rules, moreso than you would truly expect and his power is truly constrained by God.
From a biblical sense the show is a farce as was the comic book. It is very entertaining though. I mean Lucifer gets bored in hell, says I quit and moves to LA. Im sorry, that right there is funny stuff alone that he picked LA for his hell on Earth.
I will miss it.

What is even funnier is that no one in L.A. notices anything different.

I know one of the writers. He aint a lib, that’s for sure.
It’s the same way Freepers thought THE AMERICANS was about commie soviet agents in America. True. They dont see how the those 2 agents were season by season converting into real Americans.

I only watch 44 hours or so of broadcast TV a year.
Now I’ll be down to 22.
Sigh.

I miss Good Versus Evil from the early 2000s.
It had a lot of satire.

Am I the only one that thinks a show talking about how what a swell guy the devil really is is creepy/weird at best and dangerous at worst?
