HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A woman is suing United Airlines, claiming she was kicked off a flight out of Houston because someone complained that she had a "pungent odor."
The mother and her children were on a flight to San Francisco in 2016.
The suit says a man in business class told the flight crew that she smelled, and he was not comfortable flying next to her.
According to the lawsuit, the woman, who is Nigerian, believes she was booted because of her race.
She and her children were put on another flight five hours later. United has not commented on this lawsuit.

Not baloney. You haven’t noticed how hell-holes tend to be very dirty? (And they tend to be unhealthy and scrawny for lack of good food and water.)
And then it is a habit, because they’re not used to having those amenities. If they get used to the idea, maybe they’ll start using the soap in those restrooms.

There is a whole weird grammar thing going on there that is not getting the attention it deserves (I say this as native MD who never knew about these “colloquilisms” until much later in life). And the bad thing is they are starting to transfer it to writing, not just speaking badly. I can spot a PA/OH person on FR half the time because they write this odd grammar. Not pronunciation - grammar.
