Oops. Even if the fake parents were true, no US ciitzenship if born in other country. If born in US with the fake parents, yes to citizen, but no to natural born citizen.

No, she was too young.
And being that the birth cert was forged way later, it means that there wasn’t paperwork filed by her back then, for ‘birth to us citizen abroad’.

Citizenship, perhaps, but not "natural born citizenship" which is far more complicated and does not permit dual loyalty possibilities or grey areas. Obummer is full of grey to the point of being black, as far as being a "natuaral born citizen."
