Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald Office Contact Info(Twitter Judge- Vanity)
05/23/2018 | Me

Posted on 05/23/2018 12:23:10 PM PDT by God luvs America

Earlier today Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald ruled President Donald Trump is not allowed to block users on twitter who harass him or are rude to him (FR link below). So i looked up the judges office information and called telling the office intern if the judge rules that President Donald Trump must be harassed by people on twitter via her edict then the judge herself is subject to the same harassment over the phone- its called free speech. All four times they hung up on me, claimed i was inappropriate and asked me to stop calling. Her office number is (212) 805-0194. Please make a call, tell them what you think of this ruling and report back. If anyone has a reddit or facebook account please share this.

Ignore her and let her issue a citation or some such nonsense. It will only further foment the feeling that big government is out to get him and will do the same to others, too.

That’s what the judge suggested, but if I understand correctly, that would stop Trump from seeing unwanted posters, but everyone else looking at the comments on Trump’s tweets would still see it.

The unintended consequences of this ruling is that people can fill the thread with references to Stormy Daniels every times Trump posts on any subject. They can post outright lies.

I don’t think Trump wants to create another forum where anybody can say anything no matter how outlandish. He already has the MSM for that.

Or consequently we could fill Bill Clinton’s tweets with “Rapist”.

Trump should appeal. Or perhaps twitter should allow Trump to block all comments. Or to allow Trump to receive comments but not have them published.

Actually, it appears that she ruled President Trump can't block rude Twitter followers for political reasons.

That just means he has to block them because they're @ssholes ... right?

I'm not sure it's even worth appealing.

The judge refused to issue an injunction ordering him to unblock anyone.

What is someone going to do -- demand his password? LOL.

So a PRIVATE Twitter account owner has no control over who to allow comment on their account?!

No he should appeal it.

Trump is not one to ignore the courts. Nor should he as long as the Democrats and the Rinos all want to impeach him.

“Judge Buchenwald? Now no-one can block anyone else on Twatter?”

Now that’s both funny and true. And I’ll bet you that Judge Buchenwald commutes to work in her German-built Nazi Thunderbird ( nee Mercedes)!

"Hanging up on people is basically what Trump wants to do by blocking unwanted Twitter followers imo. Insights welcome."

The judge is saying that Trump can't do it, but she can.

"When I called and they hung up on me I kept calling and complained about their hanging up on me. Finally they listened on speaker phone while I made my polite comments about the judge being ill advised in her decision."

I’m not expecting you to do this.

At your discretion, call judge’s office back and ask for the specific constitutional clause that Pres. Trump would be violating by blocking Twitter followers.

If you do so, please let us know how they responded.

The judge herself seems to be hiding behind a firewall - only a phone number, no way - that I could see - to contact via twitter or email. And a phone number is restricted to office hours and a very limited number of messages.

The problem with this ruling is that it deprives Trump of a forum to express his thoughts.

If he continues with Twitter, he has to allow completely unmonitored responses, including falsehoods and propraganda and all manner of offensive content.

He should appeal it.

Alternatively he should find a forum that doesn’t allow comments at all. Block everybody, if he can’t be selective.

Alternatively, he may be able to post certain rules. And violation of those rules get you blocked. He wouldn’t be able to block criticisms, but perhaps obscenities, or off topic comments. If he could show a court that he is adhering to a set of rules and not blocking criticism, then that might work.

This ruling does not affect all of the Twitterverse. Trump uses the @realDonaldTrump account in a presidential manner, he speaks as the president, he conducts presidential business on that account. So, the twit judge says he can’t ban people. (you must be familiar with the “a law for thee, another diffent one for me” concept).

I have always put it in another way; The 1st Amendment says you have a right to speak your mind, but, it also means “I DON’T HAVE TO LISTEN TO IT”.

No he should appeal it.

TWITTER should appeal it! Or anyone who's blocked by anyone else on any board for anything should take it to court.

(Trump has 54 million followers. He can't possibly read all the responses. Replying to him is almost as stupid as getting a "Trump Is Not My President!" tattoo. Although probably less harmful in the long run.)
