And as I noted above, the Paki would have had to learn Indian accented English, and very like the Indian language spoken in the area of India he pretended to come from. There are several languages spoken in India. As an Ambassador he would have had contact with Indians and others who would have recognized a Paki accent when they heard it.
Interesting post from Skywise on this thread:

He says in post #18:
Absolutely - youll note that the new laws in place are specifically setup to destroy any incriminating evidence (GDPR) - thats so the leftists can make things go down the memory hole.
The end run around that is that any leftist working at the establishments can make a copy of conservatives records and store it for later use.
Note also that Facebooks changes to policy would only prevent commercial use of the information by third parties. They still collect the information and will still give it to the DNC if its politically advantageous.
Educated people in India frequently know three languages; their regional or provincial language, Hindi, and English. People in Pakistan, and many/most Muslim Indians speak Urdu. Urdu is similar to Hindi, I can’t tell them apart when I hear them spoken. Pakistan was part of India until 1947. Indians and Pakis are similar like Americans and Canadians. However I should say that Verma sounds like a Hindu name, so it would not be super easy to pretend to be a Pak.
Your point sounds reasonable. But it’s possible to learn accents.
And even if the Indians detected a Pakistani accent, there’s not much they could have or would have done about it.
I don’t know for sure if Verma is the couch guy. Maybe he’s not. Could be I’m too ready to believe Obama put a MB spy in that position.
