I’ve got about 5 of them. I get everything they offer in the mail. Lots of stickers and a very nice inauguration photo of the President and First Lady.
Tell everyone to wear Boston Bruins caps——that will really drive them nuts.

There is no reason for the visceral hatred toward a person wearing a MAGA Hat. It is not the same, in any way, as a swazstika. It means Make America Great Again. You could be a Bernie guy and believe it means make America socialist and it will be great again. I know, a stretch. My point is MAGA is generic, you can mean anything by it. Turning people away from public facilities over a hat is ludicrous.
I know EXACTLY where this is. Been there before as I grew up in Vancouver. It’s been around since before the 90’s.
Too pricey, snobby waiters but good food. Overpriced.
Vancouver is a lefty city, which can make San Fran a run for its money. Yelp down the restaurant to a half star if possible folks..
Like my post, it’s in Vancouver BC CANADA. I’m from there and they “mostly” hate Americans.
You know how stupid my former city is? EVERY TIME we lose the Cup, we destroy our OWN city.
I have counted 36 countries I have traveled to. Most do not “hate” Americans. What they do not like is Americans are brash and not shy about flouting the US$$, especially in days when $ was so strong.
Some such as the French resent if you make no attempt to speak French. Canadians resent how small their economy is compared to US. Likewise many Western European countries. Americans are best liked in almost all of Asia from Kazakhstan to Iran to India to Hong Kong to Japan. Americans are also liked in Eastern Europe.

Right. And if a MAGA hat guy ever shot a liberal (black) congressman or woman, it would be the news equivalent of the Kennedy assassination. While the Scalise shooting was a ho-hum 2 day sidebar.

That’s a shame. We really enjoyed eating at the Teahouse when our daughter lived in Vancouver.
Our daughter lived in Vancouver for three years and we visited her several times. I never got any feeling of hatred of Americans. Nor did our daughter during her time there.
