I bet Bill Clinton has called her that thousands of times.

David Crock (Brock) made this up when he wrote about in his book. Brock is to the truth what polyester is to silk — a cheap imitation of the real thing made up of synthetics (falsehoods).

Further, Brock has a potty mouth and trashes everything and everyone with vulgarities. The idea he would be shocked is beyond absurd. Plus, he had to go out for a cigarette because he was upset? That is also a non-sequitur. Being upset (which he wasn’t) does not make one crave nicotine.
