Any state can create their own abortion law. Washington state’s law dates to 1970. However, it only allows abortion until the child quickens, usually around the end of the first trimester.

They do not give a damn about women. They do however, care about planned Parenthood’s Federal Taxpayer funding for abortions, some of which gets plowed back in to Democrat Campaigns.

Between the SCOTUS Union ruling, today’s news about cutting off $200 Million dollars a year in illegal taxpayer funding for SEIU, and the CFPB ruling, the Democrats might have to go back to asking for 25 dollar donations from grandma again.
By the way, abortions were legal in NYS 2 years before Roe vs. Wade.
