If Row v Wade is cancelled, all it means is that the state legislatures again have the authority to regulate abortion. NY is unlikely to ever curtail abortion.

This here is the problem in relying on 12 dictators ... I mean judges ... to make laws for you that only they can ever overturn. Some time in the future another five may actually overturn those laws and once again, nobody can overrule them.

It would be best if we didn't have a court of oligarch's running our country. Maybe once we have a conservative court even the libs will see it that way.
