Met anyone who regrets their Trump vote?

Posted on 07/13/2018 12:16:53 PM PDT by MNJohnnie

Watch the number of prominent Never Trumpers grudgingly admitting Trump is doing a great job as President, made me think of something.

Back in 1993 and 2009, I ran into quite a few Dem Blue collar voters who told me "What is going on? I did not vote for ANY of this"

After the 2000 election, and prior to 09-11-01, and after 2004 you saw quite a few Bush voters say "what the?" about Bush.

Have any of you run into anyone who says "Man I wish I had not voted for Trump?" I haven't and that is a 1st time in my life I have not run into at least some one who says this about the current President.

I convinced a Democratic friend to vote for him. Doesn’t regret it one bit. He reads ALL publications and refused to “live in a bubble”. Love talking politics with him because he’s rational.

Loved voting for Trump. The best birthday present ever.

I am fistbumping fellow Trump voters all day at work, then I come home to the belly of the beast Democrat central neighborhood full of Trump haters.

THAT is awesome. IT how I feel. After the last 30 years of holding my nose and voting for less bad, I actually take pride in our President.

He has been the most amazing breath of fresh air I could have imagined from a Republic president who has his party, the Democrats, the MSM, and the Deep State (and its affiliate actors) doing everything possible to hurt and limit him.

Far from being regretful, people I know are saying he exceeded their expectations.

Not a single one.

If anything, I've come across more and more people who have transformed from "Trump supporters" to "cult followers" who are even bigger fans of his right now.

Everyday with every reading of all the stuff I read online I rejoice I voted for him!! I wish I had more money to support him and his causes which ultimately are mine, too. I think having him as President has forestalled for an indeterminate time the almost inexorable slide into globalism...and if it weren’t for Trump we would be on our way. If he holds himself to the bar, we may not slide ...I so hope and will vote for that!! MAGA and screw Hilliary...I want some closeup of her face...I’m thinking she doesn’t look like herself right now and am wondering if the dopple ganger group is off and running on her behalf. Disgusting.

You can compare her facial photographs to her dopple gangers and see the difference. They can be found on google images.

For the first time since 1984, I voted for a Repub. All the other elections, I have been voting against the CPUSA (Democrats).

I always vote in the primaries and I always support who wins the nomination. I supported Cruz in the primaries, and voted for Trump in general election. I am beyond happy with how things have worked out. Ted Cruz is doing a good job as my Senator and President Trump is far exceeding my expectations as President, I am more than happy with him. If I had regrets at all, it would be not voting for Trump in the primaries.

A few libtards who I know are lying through their teeth when they claim to have voted for him . . . Does that count?

Think about it, outside of the RINO types, Trump is exactly what many, many millions of people have been thirsting for decades.

Without a doubt, Reagan was a very good president, but even Reagan many times acquiesced to Nancy, or to Jim Baker, or to other statists. Reagan did well in large measure due to his personality and finesse. Reagan rarely ever confronted head-on.

By contrast, Trump fixes his bayonet and charges right straight into the enemies’ foxhole and throws a flash bang grenade in for good measure.

Trump is what this country had to have in order to begin to turn around what was clearly becoming an overwhelming force of Marxism in this country. Honestly, given the culture and the ruthlessness of the Left, I don’t think are very vocal about their support of Trump... but in that voting booth he will again prevail in 2020 as he did in 2016 stunning everyone around the globe.

Rubio had already backed amnesty.
He had made it clear he was on the side of illegal aliens and their employers.
He voted to abandon the rule of law and give the Democrats a permanent majority.

The fun we had in the FR primary wars only aged like a fine wine when it came to turning our guns on the demon hordes of Felonia von Pantsuit.

My husband registered to vote in 2016. It surprised me since he never had the slightest interest in voting before. He told me the last time he voted was for Reagan and hadn’t wanted to since.
