Could you please quote the part that says what you claim? If it’s true I’d like to know, but you saying it’s true isn’t enough. I want to see the exact legal statement.
Awan pled guilty to falsifying a bank loan application, a relatively minor crime (in the words of some attorney’s) and word is he will not be recommended for sentencing.
It’s very frustrating because many feel (including me) that his snooping on emails has compromised many in congress, such as but not limited to Sessions., Ryan and some others.

Well, I think Trump had been briefed on this but probably didn’t know they were going to do it when he was meeting the Queen. Some common-tator with connections said pre-empting the boss like that could be a fireable offense on its own. If he committed an unknown crime in Hawaii then yes, he can be prosecuted. But he can not be prosecuted in Hawaii for crimes he committed in DC.
