Ever since Luna City was founded, residents are known as Loonies.

But hey; who’d have thought that Delta Airlines would be the first to set up and Earth-Moon flight line?

Look, just face it. I’ve proven you wrong, with photographic evidence.

Well then answer my question have you observed the darkside of the moon with binoculars as you claimed anyone can easily do? By the way that is a yes or no question.

My apologies I didn’t realize you were answering a post I made to raiderboy.

At any rate the darkside of the moon has been collecting comets and comet fragments since it started spinning around the Earth the permanent shadow on the darkside means those fragments are preserved, is there enough to mine I don’t know, but when you consider the condition of the moon cosmic collisions are a given.

Next to war of all spending the the Government does only the original space program return more in the way of advancement and knowledge in multiple fields. When done properly there are lots of returns.

I sleep better knowing the Stars and Stripe fly on the moon rather than the red star.

Actually, the comets all came from Earth, when the crust of the earth was ruptured during the Genesis 6 judgment.

That is why they orbit the Earth and the sun predictibly. (see Kepler)

Do you remember how they used to tell us that there would be 50 or 60 feet of dust on the surface of the moon?

When they landed they could not find enough dust to fill a bag!

No strong reason to believe that the other side would be different in that respect.

No comets came from any where else? Water is made up of two of common elements why would there be plenty? Already found it on several of the moons of other planets. I be more surprise if we don’t find water even water from earth.

The moon is just one more layer of protection for the Earth from errant celestial bodies among which are comets. It would just make sense if it got hit now and then by them.

All comets orbet in a plane defined by Earth and the sun.

They said that before they got there. So Columbus thought he was in India and since he was wrong does that mean that there is no North America?

Until we know, for sure, there’s more frozen H2O there than we could conceivably use to support moonrises in their H2O and O2 needs we shouldn’t be throwing away such a valuably placed resource. If they really want to have extra H2O I’d much rather they move suitably sized pieces from the asteroid belt into position, using some of their supply as reaction mass to get them here, then saving the rest for whatever future usage. If we can do that once we can probably do it as needed and stay stockpiled in H20 without having to export it from Earth’s gravity well.

In 2024? Of course you must have heard this before: "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father". Do you think Jesus was wrong? If so, what's the point in believing anything else he said? In this case, take the advice given in Proverbs 3:8 and lean not on your own understanding. Sometimes God knows more than you do.

Have you ever heard this before?

“That day” is the day of trumpets.

Yeshua was simply telling his disciples exactly what day (not what year) by quoting that old Hebrew idiom.

"2024 when the first new moon of the fall pops into view at sunset."

It sounds like you've pinned down both the day and the hour as well. "No one knows the day" means exactly that to me. What are you going to do October 3, 2024 when no Jesus appears in the clouds?

Since you clearly do not understand Hebrew idioms, and reject specific prophecy, this discussion is pointless.
