I don't believe that they are all criminal, some suffer from what I call the Timothy Treadwell Syndrome. People who just have to keep wild or dangerous animals to get power from scaring others with their dangerous animals or to show how brave and fearless and more able than everyone else by being able to safely keep dangerous animal as a pet.
