- ABC agencies/depts (#1806, #1910) A government, inside the beltway slang reference to the alphabetic acronymmically referred to Intelligence agencies such as the ATFE, CIA, DNI, FBI, NSA, etc.
- AL-Q: (#1887) Al-Qaeda, literally “The Base,” an international Arab terrorist organization that was determined to have planned and executed the 9/11 attacks of 2001 on the New York World Trade Center buildings, the attack on the US Military Headquarters Pentagon Building near Washington, D.C., and the hijacking of Flight 93 to hit another building speculated to be an attack on either the US Capitol Building or the White House which ended when the passengers fought back and the plane crashed with the loss of all on board. Funded and planned in part by billionaire Usama bin Laden, that plot killed 2,997 persons, the greatest loss of life of any single terrorist act in history. (See UBL).
- CP: (#1910) Carter Page, a minor functionary and advisor in foreign affairs with some expertise in Russian oil trading for the Trump Presidential Campaign. Page lived for three years in Moscow. And makes a living in the petroleum industry. Page is the founder and managing partner of Global Energy Capital, a one-man investment fund and consulting firm specializing in the Russian and Central Asian oil and gas business. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from the US Naval Academy and spent five years as an officer in the US Navy. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from New York University. received a Masters Degree in National Security Studies at Georgetown University, and his PhD at the London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies. in 2013 Page had been approached by Russian agents and duly reported the contacts to the FBI and worked with them to capture the foreign agents. Never-the-less, it was Carter Page who was the target of the FBI in seeking the approval of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court for surveillance of a “United States Person” as a suspected agent of a foreign government on unverified evidence so they could use his connections, telephonically, emails, and texts, to persons only peripherally connected to him in the Trump campaign. In September 2016, U.S. intelligence officials investigated alleged contacts between Page and Russian officials subject to U.S. sanctions, including Igor Sechin, the president of state-run Russian oil conglomerate Rosneft. After news reports began to appear describing Page's links to Russia and Putin's government, Page stepped down from his role in the Trump campaign. Page's name appeared repeatedly in the "Trump–Russia / Steele dossier" containing allegations of close interactions between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. As of January 2017, Page was under investigation by the FBI, the CIA, the CIA, the DNI, and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, yet Page was not accused of any wrongdoing. Page has not been accused or questioned about any involvement with the Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election. The investigation which seems to have started being about Page has left him far behind. - Edward Baumgartner: (INFO) Dr. Edward Baumgartner was, with Mrs. Nellie Ohr, one of the two Russia experts hired by FusionGPS to assist former British MI-6 agent Christopher Steele in compiling what was to become known as the Steele Trump/Russia Dossier.. - FusionGPS: (#1286, #1828, #1829) FusionGPS is a commercial research and strategic intelligence firm based in Washington, D.C. The company conducts open-source investigations and provides research and strategic advice for businesses, law firms and investors, as well as for political inquiries, such as opposition research. The "GPS" initialism is derived from “Global research, Political analysis, Strategic insight". The company was co-founded in 2011 by Glenn R. Simpson, a former investigative reporter and journalist for Roll Call and The Wall Street Journal; Peter Fritsch, former Wall Street Journal senior editor; and former Wall Street Journal journalist Thomas Catan. The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative political news website, contracted with FusionGPS to research backgrounds on all the Republican presidential candidates, including Donald Trump. Once Donald Trump became the nominee, the Beacon dropped funding. However, the company found another customer, Perkins Coie, a law firm the engaged them on behalf of Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC to do deep background on candidate Trump with relation to his business dealings with Russia. Simpson has testified the contracted with a retired British MI-6 agent Christopher Steele to compile what was to become known as the Steele Trump/Russia Dossier. He also testified the company hired two Russia experts as employees: Mrs. Nellie Ohr and Edward Baumgartner. Mrs. Ohr came with a bonus, she had previous experience in the CIA, and her husband Bruce Ohr, was the number four official in the DOJ. It became evident that FusionGPS became more than just an opposition research arm of the Hillary Clinton campaign, but acted as an actual advocate, helping to disseminate their created Dossier to politicians such as Senator John McCain a known Trump opponent, intelligence agencies such as British Intelligence through Steele’s contacts, and directly in interview with the media. - Ham Radio, Ham comms: (#1435, #1876, #1891) Amateur “Ham” Radio describes the use of radio frequency spectrum for purposes of non-commercial exchange of messages, wireless experimentation, self-training, private recreation, radiosport, contesting, and emergency communication. Historically, Ham Radio was used first for transmitting morse coded messages and then voice transmissions, today the bands reserved for civilian use can also be used to transmit pictures, low resolution TV, and even for Internet use. - Haqqani: (#1887) Maulvi Jalaluddin Haqqani and his son Sirajuddin Haqqani are Afghani Arabs who lead an Afghan guerrilla insurgent group using asymmetric warfare to fight against US-led NATO forces and the government of Afghanistan called the Haqqani Network. It is an offshoot of the Taliban and are currently based in Pakistan. In the 1980s, the Haqqani network was one of the most favored CIA-funded anti-Soviet guerrilla groups by the Reagan administration which were instrumental in driving the Soviets out of Afghanistan. - Hekmatyar: (#1887) Gulbuddin Hekmatyar is a 71 year old Afghan Arab politician and former warlord. He is the founder and current leader of the Hezbi Islami political party, ideologically influenced by the Muslim Brotherhood and more specifically Sayyid Qutb. He twice served as Prime Minister of Afghanistan during the 1990s. The New York Times once described him as "perhaps the most brutal of a generally brutal group". - Nellie Ohr: (#1435, #1829, #1891) Nellie H. Ohr is employee of FusionGPS and was, along with Edward Baumgartner, one of two Russia experts hired by that firm to assist Christopher Steele in compiling what was to become known as the Steele Trump/Russia Dossier. Nellie Ohr is married to Bruce Ohr, the former Associate Deputy Attorney General of the United States under the Obama administration (now demoted four grades due to concealing both his wife’s employment with FusionGPS but also his own involvement with Steele after the FBI severed communication with Steele due to his violation of their confidentiality agreement.). Ms. Ohr has PhDs in both the Russian Language and in Russian History. In the 1990s Mrs. Ohr was an Assistant Professor of Russian History at Vassar College where Baumgartner was one of her students. For some unknown reason, Mrs. Ohr applied for an Amateur “Ham” Radio operator’s license in mid-2016. - PDB: President’s Daily Briefing of Intelligence matters he needs to be concerned about. Some require decisions, others are informational. Multiple agencies provide input of material for inclusion into the PDB which is available for the president early every morning in both written and presentation form.

- In most usages, Q uses PS for FBI Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division. Peter Strzok who was also a member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia/Trump Probe, in illicit affair with Lisa Page, may be behind everything at FBI, agent who questioned Hillary and Flynn, involved in U1 investigation, etc. (#1288) per Q: now a cooperating witness. The original Edward Snowden claim was he was fleeing to South America to seek asylum in Ecuador, similar to Julian Assange, but he had to route through Hong Kong (HKG), and Russia where he wound up in forty days of legal limbo staying in the Moscow airport, before being granted provisional resident status. (Thanks to FreeQ TXnMA for catching this obscure gem in the file name and for the new graphic!). - Epstein Island: (#133, #999, #1055, #1861) ”Epstein Island” which from above looks something like a bird in flight (there appears to have been some efforts to sculpt the outline of the island into even more of a adding a pond or lagoon which could be later connected to the ocean, completing the left wing shape), has the official name of “Little Saint James Island, U.S. Virgin Islands,” but is also referred to as Pedo Island, Pedophile Island, Orgy Island, and Q’s file name of 187_Site_E or “Murder_Site_E” as a photo file name in Q Drop #1001. The island has a residence and a Temple at tip of one of the wings on the South adorned with two gilded Owl statues.

Reports are rife about various celebrities and politicians and other visitors being flown to the island to allegedly have sex with under aged girls—some as young as twelve. 73 pages of the handwritten passenger manifests of Epstein’s “Pedo Airline” flights which ferried these visitors on the Lolita Express plane flights, along with adult and underage “sex workers” who allegedly were there to provide sexual favors to passengers both on the plane and later at the island, are now available on line. These can be searched for the island’s visitors which include Bill and Hillary Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Cindy Lopez, Prince Andrew, and theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking. In Drop #1001, Q states that Epstein is spending $29 million to fill in mysterious tunnels that were built under the island’ connecting the Temple to other structures and access points on the Island. - (#1751) Most likely it’s an acronym for Management, Operations, and Strategies. (See CIA).
- (#1871) Media Object Server communications to Newsroom Computer Systems (NCS) or Networks (NCN). This is usually a piece of technology used within media studios, or networks, to transmit information, but it could also be used to coordinate organizations to use the same data and story lines in a cooperative manner. - Some people have advocated that MOS is a shortened term for the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, postulating that it has infiltrated all of these news organizations and is behind the Fake News. However, that theory does not explain why the Mossad would have pushed the MSM support of Obama and his sabotage of USA/Israeli relations and now, when the US is much more supportive of Israel, would be trying to sabotage the president who is fostering that support. Sometimes, such theories don’t make sense.
- Sarah Backus: (#1878) Judge Sarah C. Backus is an elected Democrat New Mexico State District judge in the Taos, New Mexico. She was first appointed to her seat by New Mexico Governor to the New Mexico Eighth Judicial District Court Division 2 in 2011. She was elected to that seat in 2012, and retained in 2015 to a term that expires in 2020. Judge Backus decided to release the five Muslim adults, called the Amalia defendants—who were found in supervision of eleven allegedly mistreated and abused children ranging in age from one to fifteen years of age, and the body of a twelfth kidnapped child who had died under suspicious circumstances—on $20,000 signature bonds each, meaning they would only have to pay that amount should they not show up for trial. The accused people would also be required to wear ankle radio location bracelets. There was credible evidence presented that the adults were training the children in preparation to perform mass shootings, perhaps in school venues. Locals had heard constant gunfire from the location of the camp, and numerous guns and ammunition was found during the raid. Some of the children had allegedly been recruited under the enticement of “dying as a martyr.” Judge Backus has a reputation of imposing extremely light sentences and bail on violent offenders and often releasing such offenders on their own recognizance. After this essentially no bail release of the Amalia defendants, “anonymous credible threats” were made against Backus. After the judge’s ruling, at least one of the adults, a woman, was reported to have been re-arrested by Federal agents.
- Snowden: (#120, #1876) Edward Snowden, ex-NSA contract worker who stole and released millions of classified NSA documents. Snowden is now in Russia after fleeing manhunt by CIA/FBI, trained by CIA. (See ES).
