Also, did you notice the surrounding pages at p390?

McCabe (p389) signed in Nov 2017 and Roseyweasel (p391) is signed in Jun 2017. To which page is p389 “attached” to?

p389 is titled “APPROVAL” and has redactions with references. Who made/approved the redactions? Follow the references and we might see that it was Roseyweasel covering his narra-ass (to quote my homies).
