I don't know if the Democrats care about saving Feinstein or not. Her opponent in her Senate re-election this fall is another Democrat, Kevin de Leon. Feinstein is actually more conservative of the two. Kevin de Leon openly brags about being the child of illegal aliens, and he brags that most of his family is here illegally.

In Feinstein's defense, it's more likely that Ford's identity was leaked to the media by someone on her staff.

Which is ironic because that suggests she has staff members who are trying to undermine her so she'll lose to Ponce de Leon or whatever his name is.

Yeah - all the libs want to try to look as though they’re taking the high road and calling for what everyone knows is the right thing to do - now that Ford opened this can of worms, she has to stand by it for at least awhile - once she’s “testified” they’ll declare that she was entirely believable and that approving Kavanaugh is an insult to all womanhood - and 75% of the braindead woman voters in the country - especially in the suburbs - will believe it.....
