Two versions, long and short. Long was 12 minutes I think.

Hilarious. To this day, hilarious. Absolutely could not get away with it today, though it was the opposite of racist.
Extremely black. Extremely talented. Extremely funny. Wrote songs for Sam and Dave, which should give you a sense of the talent. And funny. Like, laugh until you cry funny.

The link is good, but it's probably not available in your part of the world. The tune has been issued on a couple of CD's and I have it on a 78 rpm disc.
