Ummmmm...how? Congress is not in session and no tax changes can be passed unless they vote them through.
I can see floating a proposal...but no one is a getting a tax cut in 10 days.
He can’t build the wall in two weeks.
However, the caravan might do a great deal to focus the minds of reluctant GOP Congressmen.
If they had something, the would have already used it to stop the bleeding. I think the caravan is all they have.
My guess is, by the time they reach the border, the reduction in US aid will have been noticed in the Swiss accounts of Central American dictators and they will be shooting at the caravan marchers themselves.
