And it is neither a negative trait or a psychological pathology, it is called being professional and precise at work. Anyone who wasn't back then got sh!tcanned but I know the Corps has RAD/OCD problems. Here’s the problem with our system of government sanctioned secrecy, in a nutshell:
The premise for secrecy’s purpose—national security—has been twisted and distorted in so many ways that this purpose has now become the opposite.
I know something to cure that RAD/OCD in a big time hurry. Watch a few of their buddies buy the farm out of carelessness. That’ll teach’em to learn not to be OCD.

We were both working in downtown Boston on 9/11. We saw the initial news reports... We watched the 2nd plane hit the tower... We were together to gather his Wife from her office and make our way and hour north, towards home.
We talked about how much disbelief we experienced (Normalcy bias) as we watched what happened - live!

As Q says Flynn is a patriot, he may have interacted with Turkey, if he did so at all, to serve and Intel purpose we’re not going to know about. As an Intel person himself, he’d know his actions would be known by NSA.

However, I’m not taking that 60-80% withheld thing the same way as you are, I guess. I recall a drop in which Q says something to the effect that it will be each one’s choice “to know”. He also said that some MUST be withheld because of world wide instabilities that could occur.
I truly don’t think Q is protecting “us” the “woke,” from receiving the truth, but rather is protecting stability of civilization and seeking to minimize unintended consequences by moving carefully.

Most are OCT from genetics and early life conditioning the first 6-8 years. Not sure HOW much OCD one can learn to become but the experiences you cite can certainly give a huge shove in that direction.
