Here’s the problem with our system of government sanctioned secrecy, in a nutshell:
The premise for secrecy’s purpose—national security—has been twisted and distorted in so many ways that this purpose has now become the opposite.
It should be noted that a “childish” view of how our government handles secrecy is far better than the current “adult” view as held by those in power.

When I trusted our government, I had no problem with secrecy. I always assumed they were working in my best interest.
Now I don’t trust the government. I’ve seen far too much evidence that when they said I didn’t have a need to know, what they really meant was that if I ever found out what they were doing I would come after them with tar and pitchforks. What they were really doing was robbing me blind to enrich themselves. What they were really doing was so perverted and twisted that the general public would form lynch mobs to stop them if they found out.
I think one of the reasons Trump/Q is treading carefully is that they want to prevent the mob reaction. IMO the mob reaction is fully justified, but the aftermath of the destruction would hurt the normies, not just the perps. An angry mob rages out of control and loots and burns cars, throws rocks, shoots. They don’t stop to investigate who owns the car or store or who they are throwing the rocks at. They are just angry and bent on vengeance.
Think about the investigating part. Perhaps it is a good thing that we are not entirely sure of who the black hats are and who the white hats are. If we stormed in with guns blazing (literally or figuratively), it is almost certain that some who are working on our behalf to infiltrate the DS would get shot in the crossfire. So waiting for Trump/Q to untangle the mess is prudent.
So maybe that is a big reason for Q. Q lets us know that progress is being made. Q deliberately gives us some doubts as to which side certain players are on.
I’m beginning to think that managing the “mob reaction” to the truth is a huge part of the current operation. Between that and cleaning out the justice system to ensure convictions, it’s a complex undertaking. So maybe this is part of the reason for the X% secrecy stuff.
I’m hoping that ALL of the information will be available to us, but maybe it will have to be dripped out in such a way as to prevent mobs and chaos which end up hurting the victims that Q/Trump are trying to rescue.
