I could be wrong but I thought a bill passed in the previous session could not be voted on by the Senate, that the new House would have to vote on that again. Maybe I’m not expressing this clearly. But iow a bill passed by the previous House session is basically dead.
Hopefully someone who knows more will correct or affirm this.

Confirmed. Bills die when not approved before that Congress ends. However, the Senate could take that bill and introduce it as a new bill. House would have to approve it.

Turtle could have implemented the nuclear option and passed the bill back then-assuming that Pubbies would vote for it.

I honestly don't give two S words how the derps "use" anything. I laugh at and mock those tactics as well. If we all didn't "care" to the same level that I don't, what would the derps do then? Why do you (we) listen to the bleatings of our enemy? Why do we allow them to set the rules of engagement? Why do those on our own side, being influenced by the enemy's rules, then set out to chastise and lecture those few on our side who choose to fight?

This is something I can't understand, though I have my theories. Are we a beaten culture? A lost people? Have we given up on what America was meant to be?

It was indeed clever, because it was timely. Because the Patriots HAD just beaten the Chiefs in the NFL playoffs.

But it went deeper. It underscored the reality of what was REALLY going on, as you say. The child was a Patriot and didn't identify himself as a "white man" or in any way by his race or his religion. Just an American. The "elder" was an "Indian" first. He wasn't just attacking Trump, MAGA hats, or white people, but the very idea of America. Same with the black race haters.

They are the hate filled racists.

Anything that can be used to point this out, including funny and clever "memes" is useful.

I urge you to not give a S word about ANYTHING the derp enemy spews. We have truth and right on our side. Fight the good fight, wherever you may find it.

I tend to avoid these “q” posts for obvious reasons (”Trust Sessions”...and more), but this struck me “and he is exposed for the evil fraud “ that he is (mine).

That’s my point. While the brownshirts are happy to be brownshirts, and are NOT innocent. They are just brownshirts.

Their job and joy is to get US to become violent and lawless like them. So far they are failing utterly at this. Their job is also to make normal people afraid to walk outside anywhere they might be confronted by these types, and say what they think. In this, they have greater success.

Yes, the deep state makes up ammo, but is gets less traction when it has little or no truth in it. What happens if they get raw footage of some lawless verifiable MAGA types bringing the not undeserved physical pain on some of the deep state’s chosen local distractors who didn’t actually touch them first.
