Queen has really been keeping in the spotlight over the past year. The band's Bohemian Rhapsody film is currently the highest-grossing music biopic of all time, the film is up for five Oscars at the coming Academy Awards, and the band is back out on the road touring in support of the film.
So it should come as no surprise that Queen + Adam Lambert has been announced as a musical act for the 91st Academy Awards coming up this Sunday, February 24.
Bohemian Rhapsody is up for the Oscar for Best Picture, as well as Rami Malek for Best Actor in his portrayal of the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.

Lambert has a strong voice with great range. He has been signing queen since he was on American Idol and has appeared with the group. He’ll hit home run.

Adam Lambert is Queens replacement singer. He will be touring with them. And like Freddie he is a tad light in the Loafer’s.
Adam Lambert is godawful, imho. But the film was great...but liberals furious it downplayed the gay stuff.
They misspelled “Queer.”
I see there's an Elton John movie coming out in May. I wonder how much of the gay stuff they'll have in that.
Who gives a sh!t. And an article with screen shots of tweets is annoying, stupid and lazy. I hate weeding through the goofy symbols and slang. It’s usually garbage anyway.
I have an associate who went the opposite direction of Roger Taylor: he was a research scientist that got tired of the lab and went on to become a dentist!

They say Adam Lambert does a pretty good job. When he was on American Idol, Brian may reached out to him and they played with him on the season finale`. They then went out on tour together.
Whopie Goldberg is rumored to be the surprise liberal trump hating hostess. As far as Queen, definitely some great songs, personally I never cared much for them other than respect for a few of their hits.
