That one always makes me laugh.. and yes, perfectly delivered as well as his.. you have dropped enough sonar buoys so that a man could walk from greenland to Iceland without getting his feet wet.
let’s dispense with the bull..

Cagney can’t be listed without the breakfast scene where he smeared his wife’s face into a grapefruit half.

My favorite one (being from Massachusetts) was the one about Scott Brown having won Ted Kennedy’s seat in the Special Election.

“Also, in “The Third Man”, when Holly is in the surreal, nearly abandoned streets in post-war late night Vienna, and hers a woman yelling in German, and a cat getting away. The light turns on, revealing “The Third Man” hiding in a doorway in the alley.”
Yes! The look on Orson Welles’ face!
Add Scarlette and Rhett’s Frankly, my dear...
And Judy Garland’ s “Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore...”

I could not load the full list: too much video content.

Based on what I saw: The Tyranny of Recency plus Political Correctness determined the list.

The Big Lebowski, a cult hit that bombed at the box office, over any of several memorable scenes from Gone With the Wind, the all-time box office winner (in tickets, and in adjusted dollars)?!

That is simply absurd. And where was It’s a Wonderful Life? Where was The Quiet Man?

I repeat: Tyranny of Recency plus Political Correctness.

Critics are among the most uncritically biased persons in all of media.
