Good point. I think Black Agnes is right - there are many Islands or other retreats. Nearby locations are used as innocent looking staging areas that either supply or receive trafficked victims. In this case I think San Juan is probably an entry point for trafficking. So movement of victims to the island is not seen to be directly connected to the filthy elites.
I think Haiti is used to "harvest" children (and adults) who are sent first to Dominican Republic and then then to filthy "elites" in the U.S. and elsewhere. I came to that conclusion after reading Wikileaks emails to and from Hillary Clinton's email as Huma was responding to child trafficker Laura Silsby's requests for supplies as Silsby tried to move a "shipment" of children from Haiti to Dominican Republic. So Haiti is the factory and The Dominican Republic is a distributor. *shudder*

At one time all of the islands in the Carribean were used as slave trading points or routes of travel in the lucrative slave trade to the Americas. I would venture to say that Slave Trading ( Human Trafficking) has been alive and well in these locations since the trading/trafficking began after Columbus introduced Europe tonthe New World.
