Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

You bring up an interesting point. I think a LOT of these Federal cases were either started (months?) after inauguration, or were fired up again after languishing under the corruption of Holder, Lynch and others.
I think there's been a lot of justice being restored behind the scenes. A complex Federal case like this (Epstein) was in the round file under at least the past three administrations.
Trump comes on the scene (with Sessions) and blam! Two years later above-the-law Epstein is arrested. And his houses raided before he even has time to clear out the evidence. No warning. No leaks.
Anyone who's followed trials knows that a case like this, against a person like this, is not cobbled together in a few months.
Perhaps you could go dig and find out how many sexual predators were taken down during Sessions tenure. That’s a good place to start.

Good point. I think Black Agnes is right - there are many Islands or other retreats. Nearby locations are used as innocent looking staging areas that either supply or receive trafficked victims. In this case I think San Juan is probably an entry point for trafficking. So movement of victims to the island is not seen to be directly connected to the filthy elites.
I think Haiti is used to "harvest" children (and adults) who are sent first to Dominican Republic and then then to filthy "elites" in the U.S. and elsewhere. I came to that conclusion after reading Wikileaks emails to and from Hillary Clinton's email as Huma was responding to child trafficker Laura Silsby's requests for supplies as Silsby tried to move a "shipment" of children from Haiti to Dominican Republic. So Haiti is the factory and The Dominican Republic is a distributor. *shudder*

The 66-year-old billionaire bought Little St. James Island off this U.S. Caribbean territory more than two decades ago and began to transform it — clearing the native vegetation, ringing the property with towering palm trees and planting two massive U.S. flags on either end. When guides took scuba divers to spots near the island, security guards would walk to the water’s edge.
It was off-putting to residents of St. Thomas — a lush tropical island east of Puerto Rico with winding roads through mountains dotted with dainty Danish colonial-era homes. Then, when Epstein pleaded guilty in a 2008 to soliciting and procuring a minor for prostitution, his need for privacy began to appear more sinister.
“Everybody called it ‘Pedophile Island,’” said Kevin Goodrich, who is from St. Thomas and operates boat charters. “It’s our dark corner.”

Aha!!! That line sparked an idea...
I wondered in a post in the previous thread why JE might be bold enough to show up in the US when it’s highly likely he knew that he was in danger of arrest. It seemed a reckless and foolish move.
What if he took the risk of coming back because he (and/or those involved) desperately needed to get the evidence or destroy it? That would totally make sense.
Some guesses:
1. He might have been ordered to destroy it. (by whoever is above him, by peers?)
2. He might have wanted access to it in order to use as leverage. Probably not leverage for a deal. (NO DEALS!) But probably leverage to use against those who might turn on him. Or those who he wants to extract $ from.
