LOW CARB / KETO PING!!!
I saw this posted from Fireman a couple of days ago...finally getting it out to the group in case some of you missed it.
The death match has begun...if fatty red meat is shown to be healthy (which, of course, it is), and that makes it into the mainstream, the Left will be DECIMATED, as ending our ‘addiction to meat’ is one of the key elements of their idiotic ‘sustainability’ goals. But they won’t go down easy, it’s not ideology they’re fighting for, there is also, literally, trillions of dollars at stake in the medical/nutrition/food industries if people start becoming healthy by eating meat and skipping carbs...so that cannot be allowed!
[p.s., anyone wanting to join, or leave, my Low-Carb ping list, just let me know, privately or publicly]
Reye on deck for tomorrow.
ribeye
“Reye on deck for tomorrow.”
...and when Greta’s tidal wave sweeps over your house, you will ONLY have yourself to blame, as you IGNORED HER and ate that steak, when you could have otherwise eaten ‘sustainably’ (and unhealthy as hell).
Both currently reside in my refrigerator as well.
Well, didnt the Tyson people help fund Bill Clinton? They have a lot to atone for.
Excellent read!
Vitamin K2-MK7 or K2-MK4 could shuttle that calcium into his bones from his arteries.
One study on animals showed a 50% regression in two months.
Dr Peter Ballerstede addresses a similar issue

Low Carb Down Under has hours and hours of good info

enjoy ;^)
See post 29 ... (forgot to ping you)
Going out in a few hours to buy a few a few beautiful ribeyes for Christmas dinner, maybe even wrap a thick slice of bacon around them and top with steak butter.
Let the snowflakes eat their impossible burgers.
Thanks Transplant, I’ll include those links on my next ping to the group. I’ve also watched Low Carb Down Under and they’re really good!
Do you know if the shuttling can work in the opposite direction?
My mom has early onset osteoporosis due to a decades long problem with her parathyroid. A recent surgery fixed the parathyroid with amazing results but she is now in the slow process of recalcifying her bones. I wonder if the K vitamins you mentioned could help speed it up.
Vitamin K2-MK4 in particular, and MK-7 rather less so, causes excess calcium in the blood stream to be put into bones, where all excess calcium should go, if not be excreted.

Do consider the need for magnesium, Vitamin D, and boron when making bone.

Thank you for the helpful info.
