Has anyone else noticed that the Red Cross is running ads for blood donation because of the covid-19 crisis?

I used to donate blood and I would now, but I have a great concern that it is not being used for legitimate medical purposes.

Anyone else have an opinion on that?

And, btw, remember a previous crisis when there was a massive call for blood donations which were not needed? Now I wonder what they did with all that blood.

I hold the same opinion as you on blood donation. Ever since Q talked about the Red Cross. I do not trust them.

I felt with a deep chill in my bones that the Red C was not “legitimate” or up only to good (if ever) when Bob Dole’s wife became head of it. I knew immediately that with the oligarchy in charge of it—it could not really be a decent organization. I learned later on that I was quite right. At the moment, I forget what sorts of evil they tend to get into. I think it has something to do with abuse of individuals in poorer countries/situations. Anyone else know?
