No, there’s no way that a continued lockdown is going to happen.
I think people are chomping at the bit for mid-April but by the end of the month, if things don’t let up come what may, there’s going to be wholesale rebellion against any further restrictions.
Much as our overlords want to control us all, they cannot put everyone in jail.
Hmmm.....
So, the outcome is not predestined?
Maybe it is.
Whatever it is, I have no intention of being blindsided again. I did begin to prep when China started the lockdowns in Jan, but NEVER in my wildest dreams ever imagined a scenario like the one we are now living.
Now that that has come to pass, I know better how to prepare.

The comical thing about prepping for the future pandemic is that most will hoard toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Sometime in the distant future, children of deceased parents will be sorting through all the stuff and find a yellowing cache of toilet paper and several bottles of evaporated sanitizer.
My take is that we have learned the adage is true. Politicans almost never act, they react.
Never the less, We are living in uncertain times with many praying for a certainty that is not. My prayers are for the reelection of President Trump who is the best executive we could ask for to guide our nation through such uncertainty.

I’ve learned a lot about personal prep in this event. I stupidly never considered masks and gloves before, for one.
But I think that our country needs to prep for future events, and the first step is to remove any dependence on any other country for anything.
We need to be able to survive and function as if there is no one else on this earth but us.

Economic collapse was a fait accompli when China shut down.
‘Sniffles’ were a bonus.
I have no doubt that many have not learned from this episode.
Hopefully, some have and the learners will be the survivors.
Politicians are worse than useless.
They do more harm than good.
Nevertheless, I am also praying for President Trump to be re-elected as I think he’s the only one who can not damage this country beyond repaid.

Everyone needs to be their own self sustaining cell as much as possible.
Every person in every family in every city in every state and our country.
We must all be able to survive even if there is no one else whatsoever to help us, or we die.

Also never trumpers.
They are assuming most cases are undetected to get to 0.67%. Even South Korea and Germany, the 2 countries people point to as the “gold standard” will be well over 2%. For the USA to reach 0.67%, at least 4 out of 5 cases must be undetected. Or maybe they think our healthcare system isn’t very good.
I guess the bottom line is we won’t know until we have large scale testing.
