My Dad was Air Force, joining the Army Air Corp in 1947 retiring from in 1967. He and many of his friends will be rolling in their graves over this crap.
I spent 25 years active duty Air Force, my wife 5 years, and have 18 years civil service currently assigned to a Fighter Squadron. We are not happy about this at all.
I imagine many are rolling in their graves over this garbage. Air Force websites are promoting this is as being “more inclusive,” yet it’s purely politically correct crap. I’m sure I’ll hear more about it today when I get into the office but I’m sure the boys in the squadron are not gonna be too thrilled either.
