Based on the daily talk from my wife and kids, some form of mask wearing and social distancing is here to stay. Most likely not as severe as the last several months, but not back to the pre-COVID levels.

Animal husbandry has been trying for decades. Remember what happened to cats when a vaccine was attempted? It killed every one of them eventually.
