Fox said that Ohio would be reporting in-person votes first; then early votes. So doesn’t look good for Trump...down 56-43% with 51% reporting.
They don’t report either category all at once. Be patient.
NYT says mail in votes are reported first and likely to be heavily D. Fox news gave out incorrect info as the network itself is RINO.
IIRC, SE Ohio is heavily Republican but it’s rural and those votes come in later.
Ohio is in two time zones, The eastern zone contains Cleveland and Columbus. The western ohio is not counted as much and is more Republican.
