Candace Owens was denied access to a COVID-19 testing center after the owner told her she has "pro-actively worked to make the pandemic worse," the conservative commentator revealed on Wednesday.
After Owens, who is unvaccinated, attempted to get tested for the disease in Aspen, Colorado, the owner of the testing facility, Suzanna Lee, told Owens she was "going to refuse this booking and deny service" due to Owens's "spreading misinformation, politicizing and DISCOURAGING the wearing of masks and actively dissuading people from receiving life-saving vaccinations."...

UPDATE. It turns out the facility that rejected my ability to take a Covid test receives both state and federal funding.
So no— she had NO RIGHT to deny me a covid test when my taxes go toward her operations
This situation is currently being escalated to the HHS.
Stay tuned!
My understanding is the clinic receives state and Federal funds. I didn’t check that. If true, doubt they can refuse service for political opinions.

The HHS is on the case.... I don’t find that reassuring.
Denying medical services, fine! But, God forbid someone denies making a cake for someone they disagree with.
So, another medical institution that has exchanged their Hippocratic Oath for a Hypocritic Oath.
I hope she wins a large settlement.

We regret we must deny you a covid vaccination upon learning that you are unvaccinated. Current law disallows the unvaccinated from receiving a covid vaccine.
