Good evening fellow Freepers.
As many of you know, I am a federal worker who is facing the very real possibility of losing my job because I refuse to receive the poison the government tauts as a medical vaccine. I work at a midwestern military installation.
Lately we, civilian employees, found out that we have to submit a religious exemption, a DD Form 3177, and have it filed with our civilian personnel office by 8 Nov, which we did. I know the questions asked on it are "gotcha" questions so I didn't give them much to go on, very brief answers at best. I also attached a letter that I created, and the one my church provided for me.
They also required us to have a DD Form 3175 filled out and submitted via the MilConnect website. They way the entire Air Force knows our vaccination status.
All that being said and done, I was talking with folks in the afternoon and they are hearing that the exemption requests are basically useless because the Air Force, in particular, Air Force Reserve Command, is planning on issuing blanket denials for anyone who submits the requests, military or civilian. They are not even going to review them.
The writing is on the wall, and if the lawsuits being filed across the country are denied or put off, many more hard working people are going to be losing their jobs, just like the thousands that already have, all because we won't bow the knee to the Biden regime.
Another wrinkle that was mentioned is that the government now says there are too many government workers (and I kind of have to agree on that point in many areas), and the AF Reserve Command in particular needs to pare 800 jobs off the books, and the word is that they will deny the exemption requests as a way to do that.
So, that being said, I am calling out Air Force Reserve Command HQ personnel, "come clean" folks, what is your ultimate goal? The only thing I see is still more Christian (notice I didn't say religious) persecution. I knew this day would arrive way back in the 80's and 90's, and now it is coming home to roost. Even the so-called "Chaplain" corps are in on it because they despise true Christianity as much as satanists do, and I know this because because I once worked for the chaplain corps.
You know, I almost hope they do fire me. I'll take my TSP, last paycheck, draw unemployment and start a massive blog to fight the system. LOL

I handed in my 3177 yesterday. Guidance is still fuzzy. AF/A1C guidance threatens punishment up to and including removal. I agree questions could be gotcha type, so be very careful. I took the attack to them. Did not request “religious” exemption. Went after Moral Conscience Objection. I know it’s semantics, but should make them think. Plan to kick this to EEOC and OPM if necessary.
If they deny nearly all of the religious accommodation requests then the Biden Regime is admitting that it is callously denying everyone freedom of religion under the obvious lie that no religious person who objects has a sincerely held religious belief.
I just got terminated myself for refusing the clot shot but I’m in private industry so there’s no pension I have to worry about losing. If your pension is is worth a lot of money that will be a hard decision.

I saw a credible post online from someone who would know where 5,000 Air Force service religious exemptions were received and zero were approved. Religious exemptions should be almost all accepted. If they don’t want to accommodate, that’s another issue. If you are denied, immediately file an EEOC complaint and contact Liberty Counsel. Save all correspondence. They gave us three business days to complete ours, as well as three days to complete medical. I sent our leadership an email on behalf of all of us, stating three days is not enough time to schedule a medical appointment, let alone get doc to review and send back, then retain counsel, get them to review. They didn’t care, they said three days. More evidence to use against them.
OPM is the one telling them to reject. EEOC is the only real hope, and Liberty Counsel. If you get denied file EEO complaint ASAP and contact Liberty Counsel. They have thousands contacting them now, but eventually I suspect this will become a class action suit for Title VII violation due to the blanket denials alone.

That doesn’t surprise me, and sounds right in line with what everyone else is seeing/hearing. I’ve already been in contact with Liberty Counsel and First Liberty. They say once it’s been denied, then they can step in. We’ll see what happens. Thanks for the post.
