Actually salt is NOT a major contributor to heart problems. Never has been. But I do have major “heartburn” with Morton salt now! Just as well I buy no-name sea salt cheap.

For salt that I care about, on a steak for example, “fleur de sel” is my go-to. For general cooking, some clean rock salt is good enough. Pink salt is B.S., and kosher is just plain retarded.
