Sitting on 3.8 acres of land with scenic views, the home at 944 Airole Way was listed for sale on Jan. 7 for $295 million with bidding through Concierge Auctions scheduled to take place from Feb. 28 to March 3. The so-called “once-in-a-lifetime gargantuan estate” features 21 bedrooms, 42 full and seven half bathrooms, a private two-story library and a nightclub with a VIP area, the listing shows.
For all the luxury features inside, it’s even more of the same outdoors. It features five separate pools, a 10,000-square-foot sky deck, a putting green and a 400-foot long glass-walled jogging track. Not to mention, it has a seven-bedroom staff quarters, a bowling alley and is surrounded on three sides by a moat.
The Los Angeles Times reported the property was built by film producer Nile Niami through a development company called Crestlloyd. Niami reportedly filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October to keep the house out of foreclosure.
Bidding opens at 4 p.m. PST on Feb. 28 at the link here. A $250,000 bidding deposit is being required and according to Concierge, all sales are subject to final approval by the court.

I have enough grand kids and greatgrand kids to fill it up, but there is no place for my garden.
So I am not going to buy it.
Otherwise a pretty nice place.
LOL
LOL He could handle it until that minimum wage increase kicked in. Only goes to prove some have more money than they
know what to do with.
So expensive and elitist, only a Democrat Socialist can buy it.
“and is surrounded on three sides by a moat. “
not having the moat on all four sides was the deal-breaker for me when i looked at it ...
Taking bets: Will the new owners be Middle Eastern or Chinese?
I’d much rather own this lady: https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/ss-delphine/for-sale
features 21 bedrooms, 42 full and seven half bathrooms,
= = =
Let’s do the math.
That’s two bathrooms per bedroom.
Well, maybe if each bedroom is two occupants.
Boggles my mind.
Middle Eastern or Chinese?
= = =
They really know how to pack large families into each room.
And all those bathrooms (do they even use them properly?) can house another family each.
Hmmm. What to the neighbors think about these as newcomers.
“A maid”? Singular? There are SEVEN staff bedrooms!
= = =
Those bathrooms are for the days of the week.
Poop in #1 on Monday, #2 on Tue, . . . .etc.
Shoot, that house is so big you could keep your wife in one wing and mistress in another! They would never meet! 😂😂😂
Those couches will KILL my back. No thanks, I’ll stick to living in a normal house.
How many pools do you need!? Fill a few of them up with dirt and you’re good to go!
Exactly.
A member of Big Brother’s Inner Party.
What a sad photo. Those poor people, probably all of them addicts, but still, what a horrible way to live.
My, this would be a perfect fit for Harry and Meghan’s grandiose schemes.
Beautiful place.
The oowner’s voice sounds familiar.
Sort if looks like a Disney concept motel.
What’s the indoor acreage?
“Hope the buyer has made arrangements for a large armed security force—personnel, equipment, and money.”
Thanks to our woke generals and admirals, a lot of SPEC OPS guys have left our military or will be leaving..
Good lawyers will be hired to keep the former Sped Ops out of jail for however they protect the new elites buying and moving into this home.
The head of the Los Angeles Police Department’s union has a message for tourists planning a trip to the city this holiday season – don’t do it. Don’t go to Los Angeles. That’s quite a message coming from the second-largest city in the United States. The rising crime rate running rampant across the country is hitting Los Angeles especially hard.
Jamie McBride, head of the union representing LAPD officers, said he can’t guarantee personal safety. His warning came with a movie reference.
“My message to anyone thinking about coming to Los Angeles, especially during the holiday season, is don’t,” Jamie McBride, the head of the LA Police Protective League, the union representing LAPD officers, said in a television interview. The message from McBride comes as what many residents and business owners view as a wave of crime slamming the city and surrounding areas.
“We can’t guarantee your safety. It is really, really out of control. I said it to people before, it’s like that movie ‘Purge,’ you know, instead of 24 hours to commit your crime, these people have 365 days to commit whatever they want,” McBride said.

Victor Davis Hanson: Third-Worldizing America
Authored by Victor Davis Hanson, op-ed via Townhall.com,
It’s called Third Worldization! It’s the utter breakdown of the law, and the ability of the rich within such a feudal society to find ways to avoid the violent chaos.
Neistat was right in identifying a pandemic of crime in Los Angeles as Third Worldization. In a recent online exchange, YouTuber, Casey Neistat vented his anger after his car was broken into and the contents stolen. Los Angeles, he railed, was turning into a “3rd world s***hole of a city.”
The predictable role of the smug, indifferent Third World rich, who master ignoring – and navigating around – the misery of others in their midst. In a medieval-type society of two rather than three classes, the rich in walled estates rarely worry that much about thievery. Crime is written off as an intramural problem of the poor, especially when the middle class is in decline or nonexistent.
Such impoverishment pales in comparison to the encampments of present-day Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, or San Francisco. Tens of thousands live on sidewalks and in open view use them to defecate, urinate, inject drugs, and dispose of refuse.
Violent crime is soaring in America. Two things are different about America’s new criminality.
• One is the virtual impunity of it. Thieves now brazenly swarm a store, ransack, steal, and flee with the merchandise without worry of arrest.
• • Second, the Left often justifies crime as a sort of righteous payback against a supposedly exploitative system.
So, the architect of the so-called 1619 Project, Nikole Hannah-Jones, preened of the riotous destruction of property during the summer of 2020: “Destroying property, which can be replaced, is not violence.”
Third Worldization reflects the asymmetry of law enforcement. Ideology and money, not the law, adjudicate who gets arrested and tried, and who does not.
