I have one of those but it is on a long handle. I don’t know where I got it or what it’s used for.
You probably have a ditch knife. It’s used to clean roots and square up the insides of a ditch.
It’s for slicing up Sassenachs, when you don’t want to get close enough to use the short handled billhook.
