As the top elected Republican in the country, Mitch McConnell has an obligation to immediately and dramatically improve his performance.
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell was asked yesterday about Republican prospects for the November elections.
“I think there’s probably a greater likelihood the House flips than the Senate. Senate races are just different, they’re statewide, candidate quality has a lot to do with the outcome,” McConnell replied.
The media and others on the left were of course thrilled with the Republican leader’s “notable quotable” disparagement of Republican candidates and the voters who chose them, which somehow came off even worse on video.
What was McConnell thinking? What in the world was he thinking?
Unnecessarily ceding an incredibly winnable Senate to Democrats three months before an election is a great example of the leadership choices that have led McConnell to be the least popular national politician in the country, according to the RealClearPolitics average. And it’s a good example of why so many Republicans — grateful as they may be for his successes — think it’s time for new leadership.
Still, for the time being, McConnell is the top elected Republican, and he has an obligation to effectively lead the Republican team, respecting the voters and who they have chosen.

He was dog-whistling to the Rats that they are free to cheat against all MAGA candidates, and the RINOs will sit back and do nothing just like 2020.
These RINO traitors would rather have the Rats increase their majority in the Senate than have MAGA win.

My take is that, the current republican minority leader in the senate is weak and fails in leadership qualities. Time for somebody new as a leader, NOW!; no need to have a leader picked after the elections; do it now.
The job of these GOPe Rats is to pretend that they are trying to gain national power, to fool the gullible conservatives into thinking that they have a chance of really winning in our sham democracy. Cocaine Mitch is the leader of this sham effort.

mitch could capture a majority by helping to fund MAGA senatorial candidates like hershall, oz, blake masters
if he refuse to use his PAC to support MAGA candidates, he needs to be defunded
Here in Arizona, the MAGA candidates swept the primary. At this point, the only GOPe/Vichy Republican I have seen endorse any of them is term limited Doug Ducey. From the rest crickets.

After what McConnell said at the tail end of impeachment 2.0 he is forever on my sht list. He is just another career politician POS who cares only about himself...certainly not about the people hes supposed to serve. We’d be better off without him.
What is that said of those in power, “Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way”?
