DePape will be paid off and plead guilty to an offense that will require little or no jail time. There will never be testimony under oath in Federal or state courts by anyone present or involved. If however the Republicans take the House and decide to hold hearings on the safety of elected officials and their families, then they might subpoena the police who responded, have them testify under oath what they saw and review any and all body cam and surveillance video. Otherwise California law enforcement and Merrick Garland’s corrupt DOJ will make this embarrassing case disappear.

NBC later pulled this story because it exposes the lies Pelosi and the Police are telling.
1) Look at the glass that is broken. It is broken outward, not inward. This is so simple, even Joe Biden might be able to understand what that means.
2) Paul Pelosi says “Everything is Fine” when he opens the door to police.
3) After letting the police in Paul goes to be near his “attacker”...who THEN attacked Paul with the hammer.

I figured this one out.
Pelosi was so drunk he thought they were strippers doing one of those “raids” like they do for bachelorette parties. He opened the door and said “Come on in, guys! Join the party!”
My theory: Pelosi picks up new boy toy. DePape finds out, breaks in and confronts Pelosi. Cops arrive, new guy lets them in. DePape is enraged and slugs Pelosi with the hammer.
