I don’t think this was just “global citizens”. They had some big acts there, the ground was saturated and a bazillion people showed. Liberals do destroy every venue that’s about them and their inane causes.
Apparently the ground keepers of the great lawn have never heard of cart path only. After a rain, golf courses routinely restrict traffic on fairways to prevent damage just like this.
The people running the government have no idea how to build things only tear things down. This is no different than destroy neighborhoods and businesses.
