He played on “Back to the Egg”, probably the last Wings album. I loved it.

It was Joey Molland’s version of Badfinger, and I don’t believe any other original members played that night. I’m not sure who else from the original band is still around and playing.
Their songs were “No Matter What” and “Baby Blue”. They sounded very good, and his vocals were pretty darn close to how he sounded 50 years ago.

Speaking of Wings, “Silly Love Songs” and “Listen To What The Man Says” are among the greatest rock songs ever written. Even better than most of what The Beatles produced.

79 is like 99 in Rock Star years. Apparently he was touring this year. Some of the guys from this era surprise me. I recently saw Jefferson Starship, and David Freiberg is still going strong at 85. Smokey Robinson was 81 last time I saw him, and also still going pretty good. Both are spring chickens compared to Dementia Joe...

As a long time Moody Blues fan i though it was a disgrace he was on the podium when the Moodies were inducted into the rock and roll Hall of Fame
