There’s an old DJT twitt from before he was POTUS paraphrasing this Sun Tzu rule. That says it all, for me.... and there’s also Majic Eyes Qnly’s theory that 11.3 and 11.4 are sections in the Law of War manual.

11.3 and 11.4 do not appear to have anything to do with dates as far as I can tell. We should all give up date fagging. Q will NOT telegraph moves. They are proven to refer to the Law of War manual, however.
