My ventless dryer gives us 3ppm water. That’s pretty close to distilled. But seriously, If your primary drinking water is distilled add some Himalayan or Celtic sea salt to it. Just a pinch for a gallon should be fine.

True, distilled water will leach minerals from your body.

Thank you, #1.

After having a 16mm kidney stone, I decided to get this distilling machine. I drink 22 oz straight in the a.m. which seems to flush out the kidneys. I add 40 oz more distilled water throughout the day, been stone-free since. (I do use himalayan salt on foods though)
