After having a 16mm kidney stone, I decided to get this distilling machine. I drink 22 oz straight in the a.m. which seems to flush out the kidneys. I add 40 oz more distilled water throughout the day, been stone-free since. (I do use himalayan salt on foods though)
RE: kidney stones (I should post on the nat health thread, got a few topics) if anyone has to pass one, cornsilk tea and slippery elm help considerably.
Adding some acid to that first 20 oz is good idea. Disolves minerals. Lemon juice ACV .
