I haven’t watched that (ha no TV) but appreciate your thoughts about it. Is the Q Scott Free reference to the movie about the boat with teenagers on it? The WWG1WGA is.
The real problems with lawyer is dishonesty and greed. Many defense attorneys defend criminals they know are guilty (which is illegal) and pretend they don’t know. Some prosecuting attorneys go after people they know are not guilty. But without lawyers, how would justice work? Just a judge? Juries are also horribly manipulated, each attorney trying to find jurors that are pre-determined to be on “their” side, rather than just totally random citizens.
The Q plan will pull out a lot of the rot at the root, and defund a huge amount of it too. Just think of all the assets that will be foreit! Gates, Zuckface, no doubt Bezos, and plenty more.
I’m pretty sure it’s not illegal to defend someone who is guilty. I think the principle is that everyone is entitled to a defense.
I think there are plenty of illegal tactics used, though. Like knowingly lying or telling people to lie, bribing judges, etc.
Judges are just as corrupt as lawyers. Maybe more so.
IDK how things would work if we cleaned up the dirty lawyers and judges. Maybe that’s all it would take. But I doubt it. One problem I see is that there are too many opportunities and temptations to play dirty. IDK how to prevent that. I’m hoping the Q team has a plan. Same for privacy. How do we get back our privacy? IMO the whole Q op fails if we don’t.

Good Wife had some VERY interesting episodes about the NSA. IIRC, Season 5, episode 2, “The Bit Bucket”, was especially interesting.
I believe the law allows lawyers to defend people they absolutely know are guilty. What they can’t do is suborn perjury by putting their clients on the witness stand and knowingly allow them to lie under oath. Many lawyers tell their clients not to reveal whether or not they committed the crime they’re accused of to retain the option of having the client testify and avoid the possibility of the lawyer suborning perjury.
