Judge McAfee’s Ruling Big Win For Team Trump
Nikos1121

Posted on 03/15/2024 11:17:45 AM PDT by nikos1121

Let’s all take a deep breath, and think about the long-term results of Judge McAfee‘s opinion versus what the knee-jerk thinking is among the conservative podcasters.

In my opinion, this may very well be a big win for Trump and the other defendants. For one thing, if Fanny stays on the case, that means she will need to answer questions regarding not only her indiscretions, lies, and other prosecutorial irregularities., She will also have to respond to why she went to DC and met with the Biden administration, Kamala Harris, and the DOJ. Nathan Wade, now is a possible witness.

On the other hand, if she takes herself off the case, then now you have the incompetent, Nathan Wade, or someone worse is in charge of things, and Fanny and her entire office may be in the witness seat.

In addition, Judge McAfee, removed the meat of the case, by dropping the six counts. The prosecutors now will have to go before another grand jury if they want to rewrite these indictments.

In addition, this whole soap opera is going to be delayed for months, certainly after the election.

I’m sure other people in this form will list many other reasons why this could very well be a win for the Trump team.

In addition, I think this was a pretty clever verdict by The Judge. He comes down as being impartial. In fact, looking like overly ruling in favor of Fanny and her while bf. On the other hand, he has put some obstacles in front of them if they choose to go forward.

Should Trump appeal the verdict? I don’t know. It doesn’t sound like Fanny and her boyfriend are in the clear. To the contrary, I think they have some explaining to do not only to the Georgia Bar and the ethics committee in Georgia but also to Congress and beyond.

I welcome your thoughts.

No she won't. She will consider the entire matter behind her and "settled'.

This is a Trump WIN !

Why? The court of public opinion sides with President Trump.

MacAfee has destroyed the Justice System of Georgia, and the black community knows it. The black community within Fulton County is pissed because Fani Willis is making the big money and tripping the lights fantastic while they work hard just to stay even in this inflationary cycle.

This means Willis is unlikely to be re - elected.Adding to the public's distaste are the stories that describe Willis as a tyrant within her department, ruling over her staff as if they were slaves, pu$$y whipping them into line, especially her female staff, and passing out her alleged sunshine pu$$Y to her favorite bucks to keep them loyal and towing her anti American radical politcal line. Willis is not running a Prosecutorial Department in Georgia, its more like a breeding program for men as cattle and a breeding program for radicals......Fascism on the roll.

All this is coming out, delaying the prosecution trial of Trump until after the election , and turning the public against Willis and MacAfee.Willis is wringing her hands behind the scenes while conferring with her Washington puppet masters on who she will seduce next.

Jim Jordan wants an accounting of the 618 thousand dollars of Federal funds she has spent, and she has failed to provide the requested documentation, and so Willis is going to be subpoenaed before that Congressional Committee.

BUT we also witness the total destruction of the Georgia System of Criminal Justice by Willis and MacAfee And the people who will suffer most will be people who look like Fani. They will not be voting for her.

TRUMP WINS INDEED.

But this ruling is so egregious - so blatant that one can smell it being overturned as we speak.

You have to wonder if that isn’t the judge’s intent. If you wanted the case ended, but wanted it done by the hand of another, this is exactly what you would have done. The ruling is so full of egregious actions by the both of them that it is literally begging and screaming for an appeal.

I like to be pessimistically optimistic. The decision certainly helps Trump, but didn’t kill the case.

On another note Fani will be up to ears defending herself on many fronts, while still pursuing this case. She is not smart enough to do all of this at the same time. She will have to choose what dragon to slay.

This may very well still happen. There’s nothing in the judges opinion that takes the legal misconduct off the table. The ethics board, the Georgia Bar and this new law that’s been passed in Georgia with regard to district attorneys, any of this, and possibly other things may end up putting Fanny behind bars, or at the very least losing her law license.

"Yes if she doubles down on stupid and sticks around she’ll be A punching bag for Trump’s legal team and Trump."

I don't think she's bright enough to prosecute this case. She wasn't bright enough to think she wouldn't get found out, and neither of them took precautions to cover her and Wade's tracks. She's a moron.

FWIW

Jonathan Turley offered this comment laced with a fair measure of sarcasm.

“In some ways, it is a result that should please no one other than Trump.

The defense removed the lead special prosecutor while leaving Willis carrying more baggage than Amtrak.”

I do think that it gives the Communists pause.

They aren’t the sharpest knives in the drawer.

A complete exoneration would have been a total victory.

Kicking Fani would have put them into full outrage and faux victim mode.

The Communists want to be in a full spin mode.

This leaves them with their finger in the wind trying to figure out how to spin this.

You have to wonder if that isn’t the judge’s intent.

I was reading earlier where this judge and his wife donated to Fani Willis’ campaign.

The intent of this corrupt judge is crystal clear.

The Bar? LOL. I only see The Bar as a tool of the ultra-left wing communists serving only their interests. They will not take action that in any way helps President Trump. If they ever do disbar these two, it will only be when this case is fully in the dustbin, past the election, and only when it doesn’t matter anymore and they feel they must.

I think this was the other part of why I think this is a big win for Trump. This puts a huge delay in the whole thing. He’s taking the meat out of their case by dropping those six counts. They will have to go back to a new grand jury to try to put these back into the case.

Secondly, if there’s an appeal, this will further delay the case from going forward.

Add to that all the other things that are going to be happening like the ethics commission, and going before the Georgia Bar. Then you have Jim Jordan‘s committee.

Have they even set a date for the trial to start? No

No this is a big win in that among other things it’s gonna certainly delay the trial from going forward Until well after the election

For one thing, if Fanny stays on the case

I stopped right there. If he can't even get her name right, why should I listen?

I disagree. I’m not sure what he is able to do to them.

I am frustrated and angry like many here, but in the end Trump is better off.

I hope you are right that the Georgia trial will be postponed until after the election.

Of course Jack Smith is also doing his best to get Trump convicted before the election as well.

All the Democrats need is for a few more RINO Congressmen to resign from Congress and they will control the House, and stop any investigations that hurt Biden or help Trump.

“Yes if she doubles down on stupid and sticks around....”

That’s exactly what she’ll do.

All things considered, this is a + for DJT.

If he was 100% in the bag for her he would have ruled in her favor, not left her bleeding on the floor in a near impossible situation to deal with.

A “big win” would have been a total elimination of Fani Willis and Nathan Wade from this case, and a recommendation for their prosecution

Exactly
